Reservation Policies

To maximize the dining experience at the Club, the following reservation policies are in effect. We request that all members adhere to the policies to ensure a positive Club experience.  Due to the nature of the various dining options and events the Club offers there are different policies in place depending on the type of event.  We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Lunch

Reservations are not required, but are strongly encouraged. Please note that we seat Members with a reservation prior to walk-ins on busy days with limited seating available.

Sunday Brunch

Reservations are required. Please note that we seat Members with a reservation prior to walk-ins on busy days with limited seating available.

Dinner

Friday Night A La Carte or Summer Weekday 

Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that there are a limited number of tables per half hour. Reservation times are for the time you will be seated at the table, not the time you will arrive at the Club. In order to ensure all members and guests enjoy their dining experience at the Club, adherence to the booked reservation time is necessary. If a reservation is requested within 24 hours, every attempt will be made to accommodate the request.

Holidays

Motherís Day, Fatherís Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day

In order to accommodate as many members who would like to join our holiday celebrations, reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the event. All reservations received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list if space is not available. Any cancellation received less than 48 hours in advance of the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to one half of the per person event cost if the table is not booked by another member. For events that offer indoor and outdoor seating, please request your preference at the time of booking. Every attempt will be made to accommodate the request but please note that we assign tables based on the order in which the request was received. If you have a change to your reservation, please contact the Club immediately.

Special Events

Seder, Easter, Break Fast, Halloween Party, Thanksgiving, Kidís Club and any other Club Event

Reservations must be made by the ďRSVP ByĒ date included in the event information. Any reservations received after the deadline will be booked on a space available basis. Any cancellation received less than 48 hours in advance of the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to one half of the per person event cost if the table is not booked by another member.

Sunday Barbeques

Reservations are required by 1:00pm on the day of the barbeque. Please request your preference for indoor or outdoor seating at the time of booking. Every attempt will be made to accommodate the request but please note that we assign tables based on the order in which the request was received. Any reservation received after 1:00pm on the day of the barbeque will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Kosher Grill at Sunday Barbeque

Reservations are required by 5:00pm on the Thursday prior. We must place our order on Friday for Sunday delivery. If there are no reservations by the deadline, the Kosher Grill may not be hosted.

Special Requests

If you would like a birthday cake or special table card, please contact the Club at least 72 hours in advance. If you would like to book a private space at a special event or Club lunch or dinner, please contact the Clubhouse Manager for pricing and availability. If you would like to request a specific table or location, please make the request at the time of booking. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request; however, please note that a request is not a confirmation. 

How To Make A Reservation

  • Call the Club at 914.698.4610 and ask to speak with Front Desk.
  • If it is after hours, please call 914.698.4610 and leave a message on extension 211.
  • You may email info@hampshireclub.com. Please include all pertinent information.
  • Stop by the Front Desk and reserve in person.

All reservations should be booked through the above channels. Please refrain from asking a staff member to make your reservation; we do not want risk the staff member forgetting to inform the Front Desk and the reservation is not booked.
