Executive Chef Eddie Loayza will work closely with you to  develop a menu perfectly suited for your affair.  He will create meals impeccably prepared to your specifications, including full-service plated entrees, buffet options and hors d’oeuvre receptions, each of which is sure to impress even your most discerning guests.  Our staff provides professional service that perfectly complements the quality of our cuisine.  Specific culinary requirements, including gluten-free and Kosher meals, can be accommodated upon request.
